These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the happyShchev iOS application (“the App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

• The App is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.
• You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

• All content, features, and functionality in the App (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software) are the exclusive property of happyShchev and its licensors.

• You retain ownership of any data or content you create or upload within the App (such as pet profiles, records, notes, etc.).
• We do not access, collect, or use your personal data except as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any data stored within the App.
• You must not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the App or attempt to access any data or systems not intended for you.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• Your use of the App is at your sole risk.
